头发护理の秘诀

昨天去Joyce 的家吃火锅，姐妹们问我是不是去弄了头发，怎么头发没那么多卷了（Frizzy）。好像做了负离子烫，可是又很自然。

呵呵呵，好开心哟！可惜没有拍到照片。。。

我到底弄了什么呢？嘻嘻嘻。。。秘诀是前天自己在家做了头发护理。

我用的是日本的 Moisteane 洗发液和护发精华油。步骤如下：


Shampoo & treatment Appkication
1. Brush hair gently
洗头前一定要把头发輕輕梳顺，因为如果没有梳顺的话，洗头发时会掉很多头发。

2. Rinse scalp with water. Rinsing removes 80% of the dirt.
用水沖洗頭皮。冲洗可以去除80 ％的污物。

3. Press 1 pump of shampoo on net and lather. Wash hair.
按1泵的洗髮水，　用网制造泡沫。用泡沫洗淨頭髮。

4. Rinse well.
沖洗干净。

5. Repeat step 3 and rinse well
重複步驟3和彻底沖洗。

6. Apply 2 pumps of treatment to hair and cover hair with shower cap.
按2泵的护理精华素，均匀抹在洗干净的头发上，然后用淋浴帽包裹頭髮。

7. Wrap hot towel over shower cap. Leave on for 10mins.
再用熱毛巾将淋浴帽一起包裹10分鐘。

8. RInse well. Wrap dry towel around hair and leave 10 mins.
沖洗干净。用幹毛巾裹頭髮10分钟。

9. Dry scalp only with hairdryer.
最后用吹风机把头皮吹干。
